Who We Are

Led by Yasmine Chang and Tizita Moya, the Marketing & Management Team oversees the Board of Communications' internal operations, manages communications software and project timelines, and develops Student Government's overall brand strategy to ensure consistent, effective, and timely execution across all communications initiatives.

Led by Camron Khazaeni, the Photography Team captures and archives photos for Boston University Student Government events, communications, historical records, and digital platforms, preserving the organization's work while supporting its visual storytelling.

Led by Ian Nugent, Student Sovernment’s digital goals are to increase engagement and user interaction with all content, while giving students the necessary creative and marketing experiences.

Led by Sara Valez Patino, our Student Government press secretary is responsible for handling all media and press inquiries, as well as establishing a relationship with bodies like BU Today, The Daily Free Press and more.

Led by Duru Yuceturk and Alondra Ayala, the Video Team produces content for Student Government marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns while documenting events and initiatives to preserve the organization's historical archives.

The Campus Activities Board maintains its own Marketing Team within the Board of Communications, holding two dedicated seats on the Board for Marketing & Graphic Design. Led by Kacy Dang and supported by Hannah Yu, the team develops and executes marketing strategies, branding, and promotional materials for all Campus Activities Board programs and events.
