The Food Equality, Accountability, Safety, and Transparency (FEAST) Committee is dedicated to advancing four core goals at Boston University: improving the accuracy of food labeling and safe food handling practices to protect student health; providing students with a clear channel to hold dining services accountable; advocating for expanded sustainable food options and environmentally responsible practices among both students and dining administration; and strengthening communication between students and dining staff to enhance transparency and ensure student needs are effectively represented.
